Google Cloud: Anthos Day NYC

Google came to us to create a1-day launch event for Google Cloud's Anthos. On a quick timeline and tight budget, we transformed a blank event space into a successful launch event: Google Could’s Anthos Day New York (2019). We did this with an inventive use of graphics, furniture, floor plans, and props to bring in a truly “Googley” vibe, starting with the 5th Avenue NYC entrance.

Inside, the once all-white space came to life with pops of bright bold colors, extra large Google Cloud graphics and fun language that really brought home the Googley tone. The playful copy was strategically placed and paired with graphics to help direct the attendees around the space in a way that didn't feel too formal.

This being a big launch event, two stages were needed: One big one for the larger Keynote presentation, and one smaller one for a breakout session. We designed both stages to incorporate the colors and graphics that we also used throughout the space, making sure everything flowed together seamlessly. Google Cloud's Anthos Day NYC (2019) was a great success with over 500 attendees.
